Agency and Program Coordinator

Maine Township’s MaineStay Youth & Family Services in Park Ridge is seeking to hire a full-time Agency and Program Coordinator responsible for overseeing the Maine Township agency grant funding process and planning and coordinating special events and programs. This position requires at least 2 years of experience working with youth; excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills; and ability to work day and evening hours. Assistant to the Bookkeeper

Seeking detail oriented, high energy candidate to assist bookkeeper at Maine Township Town Hall. To provide direct support processing payroll, office and clerical support, and to assist employees with requests regarding human resource issues. Must have experience with general bookkeeping, payroll software and processing payroll, accounting software (Sage preferred), and proficient computer skills. PT, no benefits.
