Community Education Seminars

Community Education Seminars

MaineStay Youth & Family Services, in partnership with Chicago Behavioral Hospital (CBH), provides free community education seminars in order to share important information regarding key issues facing our community today. Although these seminars are applicable for a general audience, licensed professionals are encouraged to attend as well. Continuing education units (CEUs) are offered for free to social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, and nurses.

MaineStay and CBH host community education seminars, along with professional development workshops, featuring engaging and knowledgeable speakers on a variety of relevant topics such as parenting strategies, bullying, anxiety, depression, substance use, and mental health concerns. Events are held at the Maine Township Town Hall located at 1700 Ballard Road in Park Ridge, unless otherwise noted.
