Connect and Cope During COVID

A safe space for adolescents to discuss the challenges of the pandemic and learn coping strategies to manage stress and isolation
Cost: Free | Length: ongoing | Start Date: November 19 | Time: 7-8 pm (Thursdays)

Welcome to an online space for adolescents to join together for all things adolescence! Adolescence is a “swirly” season of uncertainty and being an adolescent during a pandemic is “extra swirly” and filled with many unique challenges. This “Zoom Lounge” will be open once a week for adolescents to come and hang out online, talk up all things coping, and connect with each other in a non-school but still cool way. Bring your anxious feelings, depressive mood, and isolation worries to the group and together we will build new muscles like resilience, positive reframing, and activity planning. For more information please contact Eileen at 224-257-4856 or
