Since 1978, the Center of Concern has provided connections to resources to those in need and has since grown to offer comprehensive services for older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals and families at risk of homelessness. Through attentive case management and tailored programs, the Center of Concern continues to address unmet needs in the community and responds by providing timely services, assistance, and access to resources to allow clients to remain in their homes, connected to the community, and living independently and safely.
