Office Manager
Maine Township’s MaineStay Youth & Family Services in Park Ridge is seeking to hire a full-time Office Manager. This position requires an Associate’s degree; at least 3 years of administrative experience in an office setting; excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills; and the ability to work day and evening hours. The Office Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in a highly professional and confidential manner. Office Assistant
Local government office in Park Ridge seeks office assistant.

Job duties include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Front desk receptionist
  • Administrative work
  • Light facility upkeep and cleaning
  • Assisting with food pantry
  • Monitoring/securing facility – requires 1-2 evening shifts per week.
