In accordance with Public Act 101-0504, IMRF employers that have a website must include a link to the IMRF Employer Cost & Participation Information webpage, which includes Employer Contribution Amounts, Employer Contribution Rates, Participating Employers, and Employer Resolutions.


In accordance with Public Act 97-0609, a list of each employee having a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year must be posted on the organization’s website. Total compensation includes salary, health insurance, uniform allowance, and vacation and sick days.
