The Harbour offers immediate, stable, and safe housing to youth and young mothers experiencing homelessness ages 12-23.
We strive to promote safety, stability, and personal growth by providing services and support for long-term housing stability, continued education and employment, and individual counseling to help break the cycle of homelessness. We offer outreach services, emergency shelter, and long-term transitional housing programs for parents with children, survivors of human trafficking, and those who are experiencing housing instability.
The Harbour is available 24/7/365 through the staff at our shelter location. The Harbour's main office is open Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm.
